The Evergreen® EVG 110 is a floor-standing, high-efficiency condensing gas boiler designed for residential and light commercial applications. With an input capacity of 110,000 BTU/hr and 95% AFUE, this model is engineered for optimal performance in hydronic heating systems requiring compact form factor and advanced control functionality. The boiler supports natural gas operation and is field convertible to liquid propane (LP) using an included conversion kit.

Installation Considerations

The EVG 110 requires professional installation in accordance with local and national codes. Venting must be configured per Weil-McLain’s approved materials and lengths. The boiler includes mounting base, factory-installed components (including relief valve, air vent, and condensate trap), and is supplied with wiring terminals for integration with system pumps, indirect water heaters, and external controls. System must be piped primary-secondary for proper flow through the heat exchanger.

Combustion analysis is required at startup. The boiler is configured for use with either zone pumps or valves and includes pump control logic and system temperature control via outdoor reset.
